“Hard talk: Ukraine’s foreign policy beyond EU and NATO”
On January, 25, UA:Ukraine Analytica, Hennadii Udovenko Diplomatic Academy Of Ukraine at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation and Regional Office of Friedrich Ebert Foundation have jointly organized an international conference “Hard talk: Ukraine’s foreign policy beyond EU and NATO”.
During the panel discussions experts from Ukraine, Georgia, Turkey and Kazakhstan as well as the representatives of the Ukrainian MFA had an opportunity to discuss Ukraine’s role, challenges and opportunities in the different regions of the world, i.e. Black Sea and Caucasus, Middle East, Balkans and Central Asia. Ambassador Sergiy Korsunsky, Director of Hennadii Udovenko Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, has stressed the importance of rethinking Ukraine’s place in the China-Russia-US geopolitical triangle and the necessity to reconceptualize Ukraine’s foreign policy in the post-liberal world (dis)order.
