“Analytics is a tool that will make your strategy effective” became the main thesis of the seminar conducted by Oleksandr Hryhorenko, a Candidate for Political Sciences.
During the seminar, the lecturer focused on the concept of strategic culture and its development as the foundation of an effective analytical environment, the basics of applied analytics, and the tools and principles necessary for successful geostrategic analysis.
After the theoretical part, the participants took part in a workshop in which they identified the main qualities of an effective analyst and became familiar with the structured analysis methods, the basic concepts of geostrategy, and the essential requirements for writing high-quality analytical materials.
