The main topics of the past week were: personal security of the consul, immigration and citizenship issues, processing of visas and passport documents, adoption and observance of children’s rights, assistance to victims of human trafficking, execution of orders of investigative and judicial bodies of Ukraine abroad and compliance with international agreements.
Diplomats of the Department General for Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Hanna Tishchenko, Iryna Protsyk, Andrii Ivasyshyn and Olga Posadska, gave lectures for the training participants.
Vice-rector of the National Academy of Security Service of Ukraine Yuliana Naydyon, Representative of the International Organization for Migration in Ukraine Anna Karelina and Deputy Head of Directorate for International Law – Head of the Department on International Legal Assistance of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine Kateryna Shevchenko were the invited speakers.
