The Memorandum lays the foundation for the exchange of experience and curricula for the professional training of diplomats and civil servants in the field of foreign relations in the following disciplines:
- International negotiations
- International humanitarian law,
- Conflict studies,
- Multilateral diplomacy.
The agreement was signed by Ambassador Hennadii Nadolenko, the Director of the DAU and Dr Francisco Rojas Aravena, the Rector of the University for Peace.
