DAU hosted a two-day training on “Team Building” by Olexander Sudarkin, Director of MBA Programs and Head of eLearning Lab at MIM Business School
On 18 and 19 June, DAU hosted a training on Team Building by Olexander Sudarkin, a lecturer at MIM Business School and an expert in business administration.
The training participants learnt about the basic principles of team building and management, the intricacies of human resources management and the criteria for successful corporate management.
The participants also had the opportunity to take part in group practical exercises to better understand the phenomenon of groupthink and ways to counteract it, and to learn about the typology of team members and their main motivations. Managing a team and working in a team is a responsible and challenging task.
