Employees of the state authorities of Ukraine in the field of foreign relations cooperate with international partners using various communication channels. They face issues on the rules of formal communication, writing letters and building the correct structure of messages in English.
To work on these issues within the framework of the annual “International Cooperation” program, DAU held a practical training session “Correspondence and public speaking in English”, which was conducted by communication expert Victoria Vinichuk.
In today’s professional environment, communication is one of the most valuable skills that a person engaged in diplomacy or involved in international cooperation can possess. It is the connection between ideas and actions; it is a process that integrates the consciousness and ideas of people in their relationships, both personal and professional.
The training concluded the 2024 program, during which the participants mastered the following topics:

2️. Strategic communications: the image of the country.
3️. Optimization of cooperation with international partners.
4️. Business correspondence and speeches in English.
