The Diplomatic Academy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has been functioning for over 20 years. However, nowadays there is an urgent need to overhaul its mission, functions and the very nature of the educational process.

Foreign policy professionals in charge of international relations at the Presidential Administration of Ukraine, the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Verkhovna Rada Secretariat, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and diplomatic missions of Ukraine abroad are well aware of the challenges the diplomatic service of Ukraine has been facing over the last years of the treacherous war waged not only by military means but in mass media, social networks, offices of international organizations and high-ranking officials all over the world.
