International Forum for Diplomatic Training (IFDT)

Director of the DAU Hennadii Nadolenko takes part in the 48th meeting of deans and directors of diplomatic academies and institutes of international relations.

On November 14-18, the International Forum on Diplomatic Training (IFDT) is taking place in New Delhi. The main theme of IFDT in 2022 is “Diplomacy for Development”.

The panel discussions will address the following issues:

  • Diplomat’s toolkit.
  • Socio-economic transformations for nation building.
  • Medical diplomacy. Negotiation strategies.
  • Multilateralism.
  • Climate change/SDGs.
  • The soft power of cultural diplomacy.

The International Forum on Diplomatic Training (IFDT) is a place for exchanging views on the latest trends in diplomacy and the experience gained during the training of diplomats. This year’s forum is held simultaneously with the celebration of the 75th anniversary of India’s independence.
