On 27–28 November, the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine hosted a practical training session titled “Work Processes Under Stress: Overcoming Stressful Situations,” organized by the Professional Training Center for representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
The invited lecturer was Olena Kudermina, Professor at the Department of Legal Psychology of the National Academy of Internal Affairs, an expert in stress psychology, professional performance, and crisis communications.
On the first day of the training, participants examined the specifics of working under stress and learned about the key factors influencing professional resilience.
The second day focused on methods for overcoming stressful situations and practical tools for emotional stabilization. Participants mastered basic self-regulation techniques, explored approaches to preventing emotional burnout, improved their response skills in high-pressure environments, and received practical recommendations for maintaining work efficiency during stress.
This event became an important component of the professional development system for Ukraine’s diplomatic service staff, aimed at strengthening psychological resilience, enhancing professional stress resistance, and supporting effective performance amid contemporary challenges.
