Today a round-table discussion «Regional Projections of Global Transformations» was organized in Odesa within the framework of cooperation between the Hennadii Udovenko Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine, the Estonian School of Diplomacy, and Odesa National I.I. Mechnikov University.
During the three sessions on global, European, and regional dimensions of current transformations Ukrainian and Estonian speakers discussed various aspects of recent developments in world politics and their implications for the transatlantic security, future of the EU, and the Black Sea region.
Participants of the event included experts from the leading think tanks of Estonia and Ukraine, academia, and the representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited to Odesa. The discussion was moderated by the Director of the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine Sergiy Korsunsky, Director of the Estonian School of Diplomacy Ekke Nõmm, and Deputy Director of DAU Yevgeniya Gaber.
