The Ukrainian expert warned of Russia’s threat to the whole of the Mediterranean through increased military presence on the peninsula over the last 5 years. She also noted the danger of the closed sea among other influential international actors and the inadmissibility of the transformation of Russian practice of keeping foreign (Ukrainian) hostages into a routine instrument of international politics.
Participants of the panel discussed the issues of cyber-threats, propaganda, disinformation, and hybrid war of Russia.
