Today, Hennadii Udovenko Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine at MFA signed the MoU with the Diplomatic Institute of the State of Qatar. Representative of the MFA of the State of Qatar, Secretary-General Dr. Ahmad Hassan Al-Hamadi agreed with Dr. Sergiy Korsunsky that the professional development of diplomats is vital for sustaining the dialogue and new communication between Ukraine and Qatar. Practical cooperation is about to start in the fall this year.
