Day 4. Diplomatic Academy Odesa Seminar is going on. Today we are welcoming an experienced trainer in negotiation techniques, a research fellow at the Netherlands Institute for International Relations “Clingendael” Mr. Hans Wurzer. Started with a lecture on the role of economic diplomacy in the promotion of state interests.
The second, interactive, part of the training was devoted to mediation and effective negotiations. Worked in groups and mastered the art of effective listening and persuasive speaking.
