On November 2-3, 2021, two-day training on Vocational Psychological Stability was held at the DAU Professional Training Centre.
The event was conducted by Olena Kudermina, the Head of the Department of Legal Psychology of the National Academy of Internal Affairs (NAIA), Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor.
During the training, diplomats considered:
– characteristic attributes of people’s behaviour in crisis and extreme situations,
– identification of potential conflict situations,
– prevention of emotional burnout,
– alarm monitoring techniques.
This is the first of two planned educational events, which take place in the framework of cooperation between the DAU and the NAIA.
