Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Introduced His Representative in Kyiv and Kyiv Region

DAU hosted the event of the Office of the Ombudsman of Ukraine where Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets introduced his Representative in Kyiv and Kyiv region.

Protection of human rights and support from the state during the war are extremely important. That is why the Office of the Ombudsman of Ukraine actively develops a regional network and comprehensively monitors the observance of constitutional rights and freedoms of Ukrainian citizens, especially children, internally displaced persons, military personnel, prisoners of war and people in places of detention.

In the near future, regional representative offices of the Ombudsman of Ukraine will be established in Irpin, Bila Tserkva and Brovary. Representative of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights in Kyiv and Kyiv region Mykyta Kozyrenko will be responsible for this area.

The event was attended by Ruslan Kravchenko, Head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Yaroslav Dobriansky, Acting Head of the Kyiv Regional Council, heads and representatives of state bodies, members of local and regional councils and the public.
