On 17 March, a presentation was held on the study “Adversary at the table: Negotiating with putin’s russia”, prepared by Professor Donald N. Jensen, Associate Professor at the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences at Johns Hopkins University, and Yulia Osmolovska, Director of the Kyiv office of the GLOBSEC Think Tank.

The authors of the study briefed the political advisers from NATO embassies in Ukraine, who attended the presentation, on the characteristics of Russia’s strategic thinking and its impact on moscow’s negotiating behaviour.
