On 19–20 March, the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine hosted a ‘Time Management’ training course aimed at developing a systematic approach to managing working hours among civil servants. The event focused on improving personal productivity and professional effectiveness in stressful and overloaded conditions.
Participants explored the general principles of time management, methods of time planning, prioritisation and overcoming time-wasters, as well as basic time management techniques and approaches to strategic planning. An important component of the training was the practical sessions, aimed at consolidating theoretical knowledge and developing practical skills for effective time management.
The course was led by Vsevolod Zelenin — a Ukrainian psychologist, researcher, lecturer and internationally recognised business coach. He is a professor in the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology of the Mykhailo Dragomanov National University of Ukraine, an Honoured Worker of Education of Ukraine, and a lecturer on MBA programmes at the International Institute of Management (MIM). He specialises in strategic communications, political and musical psychology, as well as professional self-realisation, and is the author of numerous academic works and teaching materials.
