A textbook entitled English for Diplomacy and Foreign Policy: A Basic Course has been published. It is designed for diplomatic and civil servants, specialists in foreign policy, international relations and foreign economic activity, as well as a wide range of people who work with international partners.

It is the result of the painstaking work of the team at the Language Training Centre of the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine, consisting of Tetiana Melnyk, Olha Ovcharenko and Anna Rashevska, headed by the Centre's director, Nataliia Shpak. 

The manual is based on the principle of multifunctionality, which makes it suitable for use in the development of all types of speech and translation activities. Another feature of the publication is the increasing complexity of the material and tasks, which makes it convenient for those studying the language at different levels.
