The Language Training Center of the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine (DAU) has concluded its examinations for certifying foreign language proficiency. 200 diplomatic service professionals and civil servants in the field of foreign relations successfully passed the tests and demonstrated significant progress in enhancing their professional language competence.

On 7 June, Ihor Ostash, Director of the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine, congratulated the diplomats and civil servants on their commendable study results and presented standard-form certificates for levels A2-C1. Addressing the audience, Ihor Ostash emphasized the importance of foreign language proficiency as a vital component of the work of foreign relations specialists. He shared his personal experience in mastering Slavic, Germanic, Romance, and Arabic languages, and highly praised the determination and perseverance of the diplomats and civil servants in mastering two or more foreign languages, which provides an invaluable advantage for effective communication in their host countries.
