Effective consular assistance requires not only a strong knowledge of the law but also the ability to act swiftly in complex situations. The second week of the intensive training program was dedicated to strengthening the practical skills essential for the daily work of Ukrainian diplomats abroad.

▪ Larysa Semenivna Rylska – practicing notary;
▪ Oleh Hryhoriuk – Chairman of the Marine Transport Workers' Trade Union of Ukraine (MTWTU);
▪ Nataliia Yefrimenko – ITF Inspector in Ukraine.
