A working meeting was held at the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine with representatives of the international consulting company Cowater International and the director of the World Congress of Ukrainians in Ukraine, Serhii Kasianchuk.
The parties discussed expanding the international information presence of the Holodomor of 1932–1933 and intensifying joint efforts to expand the circle of states that recognise it as genocide of the Ukrainian people.
The participants focused on strategies for conveying accurate information about the Holodomor to new target audiences in the Middle East, Latin America, Africa, and Asia. They discussed cultural diplomacy projects, the development of analytical and educational materials in various languages, and the use of modern digital tools.
Another key priority was set on holding round tables, creating information materials for diplomatic missions, and including the topic of the Holodomor in the professional training programmes for diplomats.
