On August 4-5, the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine held an online seminar “Information Security”, organized for diplomatic service personnel and civil servants in the field of foreign relations in collaboration with the Estonian School of Diplomacy.
Over the course of two days, participants in the seminar familiarized themselves with key aspects of ensuring information security, modern cyber threats, and practical approaches to enhancing the resilience of government institutions against cyberattacks.
The sessions covered fundamental concepts in the fields of digitalization and information security, as well as Estonia’s experience in implementing digital services and ensuring their protection.
The seminar helped deepen participants’ knowledge of modern approaches to ensuring information security, fostered a practical understanding of current cyber risks and mechanisms for minimizing them, and enhanced their ability to effectively protect information resources and ensure the resilience of government information systems in the face of modern challenges.
